Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz Stouffer's Spinach Souffle - defrosted
  • 2 eggs - lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbs milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbs onion - chopped
  • 6 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup Swiss cheese - grated
  • 1 9" pie shell

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine everything and pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake 35-45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
