Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 12oz Stouffer's Spinach Souffle - defrosted
- 2 eggs - lightly beaten
- 2 Tbs milk
- 2 1/2 Tbs onion - chopped
- 6 oz sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup Swiss cheese - grated
- 1 9" pie shell
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine everything and pour into pie shell.
- Bake 35-45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
