Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
- 3 eggs - separated
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter - melted
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff and then set aside.
- In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Beat egg yolks, sour cream and milk together. Combine butter and oil. Add liquid ingredients alternately with fats to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Cook using Belgian waffle maker.

This recipes requires washing a lot of bowls but is totally worth it!
