TCC's Disturbingly Simple Corn Pudding

The perfect side dish for thanksgiving.


  • 1 box corn muffin mix
  • 1 16 oz can of whole kernel corn
  • 1 16 oz can of creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted


  1. Combine all ingredients togehter in medium sized mixing bowl. Make sure to add eggs first and butter last to prevent butter from cooking and curdling the eggs.
  2. Spoon into oven safe casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until top is brown and tooth pick comes out clean.
