TCC's Disturbingly Simple Corn Pudding

The perfect side dish for thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 1 16 oz can of whole kernel corn
- 1 16 oz can of creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
Method
- Combine all ingredients togehter in medium sized mixing bowl. Make sure to add eggs first and butter last to prevent butter from cooking and curdling the eggs.
- Spoon into oven safe casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until top is brown and tooth pick comes out clean.
