Soy Sauce Wings

Mom made this up one night, and it's delicious. It takes the base of the buffalo wings and subs in a different topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings, separated
  • Soy sauce (to taste)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place wings into roasting dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook wings for 1 hour, until golden brown. Remove from oven.
  3. Pour soy sauce over wings, and mix so that all wings are coated.
  4. Serve, eat, and enjoy!

Cook's Notes

I usually use a Pyrex roasting dish, though aluminum works as well.
