Unfortunately, you don't always have or can't find cake flour...this is a super-quick substitution. This yields 2 cups cake flour.

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cornstarch

Method

1. Mix flour and cornstarch together, add to recipe as normal.
